Fast Wight Lose in One Month


A lot of people are looking for fast weight loss methods because they usually have a deadline that they're trying to beat. Usually it's for a beach outing, a wedding, or some other similar social gathering that they want to look great at.

Now it is possible to lose weight in a month but one thing you need to keep in mind is that it's not going to be easy to do. You'll have to subject your body to lifestyle changes that normally take a while to get used to.

Because of this reason, it's not really advisable to do fast weight loss diets and exercises for a long time. A week, two weeks maybe ok but anything more than that will produce unwanted effects on our health.

Detox Fluid diet

This is a fairly extreme diet that isn’t advisable for anyone. So if you want to try this out, make sure that you consult a physician first.

This diet mainly involves you drinking just juice and water. No solid meals, just healthy, all natural juice and water.

The purpose of this diet is to detoxify. You’re essentially trying to get rid of all the toxins in your body by flushing them out with fluids.

The fact that during this time you’ll also be taking in a very small amount of calories per day means that you’ll also be losing a lot of weight.

High Intensity Interval Training

High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT is a form of exercise that alternates high cardio workout and low cardio workouts. By doing this you’re able to keep your body from becoming comfortable with your pace.

The constant adjustment of the body allows you to burn more calories. You'll burn more calories than you would if you did the same exercise at a consistent pace even if you did it for the same duration.

Now this is fairly intense so if you’re not prepared to consistently subject your body to daily HIIT training you probably won’t be able to do this.

Too much of this can also lead to overstressing of the body so if you plan to do this everyday for weight loss purposes, then a maximum length of one week might be best for newbies.

Then later on if you enjoy this type of workout you can develop a more long term workout schedule like every other day or after every two days. This'll give your body enough time to rest and recover before you do the next workout.

Going Vegan

Vegetables have very low calorie content per serving. That’s why going vegan for a while can be a good weight loss option. You’ll essentially be decreasing your calorie intake by a lot so it’s not advisable that you mix this with working out unless you’re sure that you can handle it.
